UPSHIFT

I participated in the youth innovation program UPSHIFT, supported by the United Nations
Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Norwegian government. It was an interesting experience. Our
team and our mentor decided to tackle the global problem of "Insufficient communication skills
with people with disabilities among young people."
We learned how to find solution to our problem, plan a budget, divide responsibilities among
ourselves , manage time and work in a team, also we were involved in finding people and
resources for our event.
We created two podcast lectures where young people could learn communication skills.
I developed soft skills, including: teamwork, communication, problem-solving, time

INTERNSHIP – UZHHOROD CITY COUNCIL

Completed a practical internship focused on internal process optimization. Together with
another student, developed a Telegram bot intended for internal use by staff within the
municipal department. Involved in all stages: gathering requirements, planning features, and
