· After the beginning of the military aggression of the Russian Federation (24.02.2022), I developed
and organized a safe route for the movement of humanitarian goods to the blocked cities of Sumy
region (Sumy, Trostianets, Okhtyrka, Lebedyn, Konotop), which was coordinated jointly with the
military.
· In March‑April 2022, I was responsible for organizing and coordinating "humanitarian corridors" for
the evacuation of civilians in Sumy region. During this period, 6 humanitarian corridors were
organized and about 90,000 citizens, including 1,700 foreign students, were evacuated to safe
regions of Ukraine by road and railway.
· Elimination of the consequences of military aggression related to the restoration of damaged
buildings and structures, bridges and roads in the region, and full implementation of budgetary
recovery programs.
· Within 6 months of 2022, I managed to organize the rapid restoration of destroyed bridges on state
and local roads. Out of 15 destroyed bridges, 9 have been restored.
· At the regional level, I systematized the recording of the destruction of damaged objects as a result
of the military aggression of the Russian Federation, for further use of this information by central
executive authorities and international donor organizations.
