Role purpose:
• Represents company to external and internal customers, answers product-related questions, traces lost
shipments, interprets and clarifies customer orders for the shipping department, takes orders or registrations,
and when necessary, may connect customers to appropriate support or field staff.
• Manages work and performance of external providers for logistics, transportation, warehousing and customs
clearing.
• Leads, mentors and motivates team of direct reports to meet/exceed performance expectations, staff
development & growth, and advocating diversity and inclusion.
• Manages web-based ordering or registrations, confers with management regarding customer credits, returns
goods for credit, identifies quality assurance complaints, and writes price differentials on mail orders.
• Approves allocation of stock in short supply, special price quotations and bids, pricing allowances,
deductions and adjustments.
• Manages inventories at customer facilities using EDI (electronic data interchange), forecasting,
replenishment and inventory systems, focusing on stock and allocation issues to maximize service levels.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONAL CAREER STREAM:

Management and supervisory of four direct reports who are focused on tactical, operational and some strategic
activities within a specified area. Majority of time is spent overseeing their area of responsibility, managing
performance, developing talent, engagement and inclusion, communicating business and operational
developments, planning, prioritizing and / or directing the responsibilities of direct reports. Goal achievement is
typically accomplished through performance of direct and / or indirect reports. A key responsibility of roles in this
career stream is managing people, which includes accountability for mentoring, providing leadership to staff
ensuring the prioritization of strategic and department level initiatives to include defining performance goals and
targets, conducting performance reviews, and staff 1:1s to guide performance management and employee
development efforts and manage toward departmental goals.

PROCESSES MANAGEMENT AND BUILD UP FROM SCRATCH WITHIN SC&CC DEPARTMENT:

Supervises team members providing tactical and / or technical supervision on assigned tasks/ responsibilities.
Performs assignments in task-oriented terms and delivers results according to established procedures.
Plans and provides decisions impacting team schedules or the allocation of time or material resources. Typically
does not have budget or P&L accountability but may manage day-to-day elements of the budget (eg, overtime for
staff).

Makes adjustments or recommends enhancements in systems and day-to-day department processes. Holds
negotiations with internal and external customers and vendors. Shares and exchanges relevant information to
reach solutions. Provides daily work direction for team, focused on maintaining steady workflow, resource
allocation and productivity. Ensures hiring and firing processes, ensures promotion, performance and rewards
decisions for direct reports.

Keeps accountable for process execution.

Role purpose:
Execute operational support, analyze data, drive process improvements to guarantee departmental/site efficiency
and quality targets, make recommendations for structural improvements related to all process steps/aspects,
interact closely with peers throughout Logistics EMEA and participate in overarching improvement initiatives,
maintain SAP system knowledge/other business support system at Key User level, be a member of the
“Improvement Community” and owner of key processes (Inbound, Outbound, VAS, IM, Reverse).

Accountabilities:
1. Operational part.
• Takes a lead of the end-to-end process in direct deliveries to IHS accounts – contracts, TPs, planning,
delivery, forecast, customs, forwarders, import/export, demo, products allocations, obsolete/phased out materials,
masterdata, temperature-sensitive shipments, inventory, KPI analysis for service providers/suppliers and
corrective actions, intercompany/distributors flows, cooperation with global functional and business teams,
reports.

• Takes a lead of the end-to-end process in tenders’ deliveries to Ministry of Health via 3rd parties –
shipping docs validating, deliveries on time/in full/UBD-sufficient, contracts with 3rd parties (state institutions),
contributing to revenues.

2. Improvements part.
• Improves intercompany flow, build up cooperation with CS Team
• Works out working matrix within UA Team
• Works out reports (daily/monthly) to all functions and BU
• Sets up working processes with outsource Finance
• Revises cooperation with service providers, procure new ones and conclude contracts
• Builds up cooperation with 3rd party providers
• Improves tenders flow, build up 3-side-cooperation between CS, local SC and 3rd party

1) SAP assessment and implementation for Ukrainian entity (project team member, SC module)
Objective of the project – to implement SAP for Ukrainian entity
