Built and managed a distributed creative production structure across Ukraine, the Philippines, and Argentina. Hired and developed team leads and video editors, created a recruitment funnel, onboarding school for new editors, salary and bonus systems, and career growth paths.

Responsible for team motivation and retention, including salary negotiations, bonus systems, clear escalation rules from team leads, and daily workload control through Time Doctor.

Built the operational framework connecting project managers, team leads, editors, and clients. Created a quality control system that allowed the company to scale the team without losing production standards or transparency.

Developed regular cycles of auditing, monitoring, and standardization: every editor, team lead, and project operated within a predictable review rhythm, while the final product maintained consistent quality standards regardless of the performer’s country, schedule, or working conditions.

This gave clients a stable and predictable result, while the team had clear rules, expectations, and evaluation criteria.

Handled first contact with new clients: presales, onboarding, and converting cold interest into launched projects.

Managed end-to-end production of video and motion content across several service areas. Built scalable production pipelines for segmented content delivery for clients in the US, EU, Canada, Australia, and India.

Produced video content for dozens of clients across multiple niches: brand campaigns, performance creatives, UGC, educational content, and many other audience-specific formats.

Scaled AI into a full production direction with its own methodology — flexible enough to work for almost any creative task, not just niche AI projects.

Built AI video production from scratch as a complete agency service: from individual commercial spots to high-volume segmented content using a full stack of generative tools, including Runway, Veo 3, Seedance, Higgsfield, Midjourney, Kling, ElevenLabs, Topaz, and Synthesia.

Developed universal instructions, standards, and rules for AI production across different formats and tasks: a unified prompt engineering methodology, pre-production packages, and checklists that allow any editor to achieve predictable quality regardless of platform or video type.

Launched separate algorithm-driven content lines as examples of how this methodology can scale.

Integrated AI generation into the full production pipeline alongside traditional post-production, enabling mass creative testing and ongoing optimization based on performance and engagement data.
