Project: Multiyear Resilience Programme in English Language Education (VET Component)

Coordinated a team of educational content developers within a large-scale international programme focused on strengthening English language teaching in vocational education institutions across Ukraine.

Led the development of ProSkills, Ukraine’s first integrated English language learning package for vocational education, including a 140-hour CEFR-aligned (A2–B1) curriculum, methodological guidance, learner materials, differentiated resources, and multimedia content.

Managed programme implementation across 29 vocational education institutions in five regions, engaging 282 teachers and 1,167 students. Coordinated blended professional development combining face-to-face and online training, ongoing mentoring, and methodological support.

Integrated competency-based, inclusive, and practice-oriented approaches, including MHPSS, SEL, and GESI principles. Organised English conversation clubs with international volunteers to strengthen communicative competence among teachers and students.

Key results:

95%+ participant satisfaction
86.4% of teachers regularly used materials in classroom practice
90%+ rated materials highly useful
95% of students reported increased engagement and motivation
Monitoring confirmed positive impact on teaching and learning outcomes

Project: Multiyear Resilience Programme in English Language Education (Catch-Up Component)

Led the development of English language learning materials for Grades 2–4 aimed at addressing learning loss and rebuilding foundational language skills. Designed an adaptive methodology combining diagnostic assessment, interactive activities, and teacher-friendly resources.

Delivered large-scale teacher capacity-building through face-to-face and online training, reaching approximately 560 primary school English teachers and supporting immediate classroom application.

Programme voluntarily adopted by 50 educational institutions
Reached approximately 560 teachers
95% of students reported positive learning experiences
85% increase in student motivation and engagement
70% achieved significant learning recovery; 30% demonstrated partial improvement
75% of teachers rated materials highly user-friendly

Overall impact: strengthened English language learning opportunities, enhanced teacher capacity, and supported educational recovery and resilience in crisis-affected communities across Ukraine.
