Objective:

As a Master of Public Policy, I have extensive experience working with government
agencies. During my work, I carried out successful technical projects with grant aid
funds. The last was USAID project between National Television and Radio
Broadcasting Council of Ukraine and International Research and Exchanges Board
(Subaward Number - FY25-URRF-InKind-COUNCIL). I know and use the laws of
Ukraine, acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, and other industry by-laws.

Motivation and Additional Information
As a Master of Public Policy with over two decades of experience in public
administration, I have built a solid career within the Ukrainian civil
service, particularly in technical leadership and project management
roles. My current role as Chief of the Information Technology and
Logistic Administration at the National Television and Radio
Broadcasting Council of Ukraine has allowed me to develop deep
operational expertise and strong managerial skills, including oversight of
over 20 staff.
Throughout my career, I have successfully led projects supported by international
partners, most recently a USAID-funded initiative with IREX (Subaward
Number - FY25-URRF-InKind-COUNCIL), which demonstrates my
ability to coordinate technical work within the framework of
international grant assistance. My familiarity with Ukrainian legislation,
Cabinet of Ministers acts, and sector-specific regulations allows me to
operate effectively within government frameworks while also aligning
with international compliance standards.
I am particularly interested in positions such as Project Manager, Business Analyst,
Governmental Affairs Manager, Technical Director, or International
Sales Management within a multinational organization. These roles
match both my background and professional ambitions — offering
opportunities to apply my skills in government relations, technical
operations, and cross-border project coordination in a more globalized,
business-oriented context.
