Over the past three years, I've worked as a link builder both independently and as a lead -
managing several other link builders and collaborating closely with copywriters, SEO specialists,
and freelancers.

Key responsibilities:

Building monthly link-building plans - selecting donor sites, link types, and anchor text
strategy.
Competitor analysis.
Running outreach campaigns end to end: compiling and filtering donor databases, parsing
emails and search results, launching cold email campaigns, and negotiating with webmasters.
Managing article production - briefing copywriters, assigning tasks, and increasingly generating
articles at scale with AI.
Editing articles and preparing images.
Handling payment details for publications.
Monitoring link quality over time: verifying article availability and indexing status, confirming
our links are live, and checking for unwanted outbound links.

Identifying relevant pages for link insertions (AI-assisted).

Scale & impact:
Published roughly 80-150 posts per month, preparing and editing the articles myself - working
with human copywriters and generating content at scale with AI.
Helped launch 100+ websites, several highly successful, mostly single-brand projects across
dozens of regions.
Adopted AI early as the technology matured - from content generation to workflow
automation, notably integrating Claude Code with various service APIs.

Key achievement: One site I worked on generated approximately $40,000 in profit.

Worked on link building and helped the company set up its own in-house link-building department,
as the Hong Kong - based team preferred working with local staff. The project was cut short when
the company went bankrupt later that year, before the department could be fully established.
