I am a communications and negotiation expert, broadcaster and TV
correspondent with 10 years of experience in management, service
delivery and customer and supplier relations. I managed a business
project in the automotive sector and was a team member of a multi-
sector project War in Ukraine, a defense Protection lawyer at USAID
Multi -Sector Assistance War -Affected, where I provided legal
assistance and protection to women and children during the war,
traveled to areas close to the front to provide assistance. I speak
fluent Polish and English, I have a Master's degree in Law, I studied at
the higher education institution of Poland in Katowice, Specializing in
journalism and public communications, I studied at the Open
University of Israel in Tel Aviv on the course Shoah of European Jewry,
in 2025 I took a training course on the protection of women and
children during the War, I assisted M..A.R.C.H. and training on

knowledge exchange with experienced colleagues, apply theoretical

practice-based evidence. The programme employs an evidence-based value
Video photo shooting creation measurement framework to measure professional growth. This
comprehensive measurement approach ensures rigorous documentation of
capacity strengthening while maintaining practical relevance to daily practice.
Learning design is validated by The Geneva Learning Foundation (TGLF), under
the supervision of a facilitation team that includes both learning and MHPSS
professionals. Learning is aligned with IASC MHPSS minimum standards for
emergency settings, guidance from the World Health Organization (WHO), and
the Mental Health and Psychosocial Support International Red Cross Red
Crescent Movement Hub. Verified participation included value creation
assessment scores demonstrating enhanced capacity, active contribution to
structured peer learning, and submission of professional experiences.
