– Maintain and operate wide variety of welding equipment, as well as perform minor
repairing
– Perform welding accordingly to requirements and technical drawings
– Operate equipment in various positions and directions
– Fabricate metal structures with the proper welding technique and equipment
– Clean and paint welds, perform their smoothing, alignment, grinding
– Identify possible hazards while working and perform prevention actions
– Choose proper equipment to perform specific type of welding
– Work in team with other employees and help them if needed
– Perform measures to ensure compliance with approved sizes and forms of the
structure
– Wear approved PPE, ensure its eligibility for safety usage, follow health and safety
regulations
