My goal is to build a structured HR function that operates as a unified mechanism with the business and ensures sustainable
company scaling.
I design and establish HR functions from scratch in technology and MilTech companies, covering the full employee lifecycle
— from recruitment and security/background checks to onboarding, performance management, compensation, and talent
development. I implement HR analytics, automation, HRIS, KPIs, and OKRs to ensure transparency and data-driven
decision-making.
I lead teams of recruiters and HR professionals, build operational standards, reporting systems, and a culture of

WORK EXPERIENCE
Head of HR, NDA (Miltech) Lviv, Jan 2024 to Present
• Developed and executed the HR strategy aligned with the scaling objectives of a MilTech company.
• Led full-cycle recruitment for C-level and key leadership roles (department heads, technical and operational leaders),
including executive search, competency assessment, and security/background checks.
• Managed the HR team (2 Recruiters, 1 HR Generalist, 2 HR Administration Specialists): goal setting, KPI management,
performance oversight, and team development.
