Architected a multimodal Content Brain pipeline: video download, keyframe extraction, audio transcription, visual OCR, metadata
parsing, and knowledge graph indexing. Implemented transcription pipeline using Groq Whisper with OpenAI Whisper fallback
and circuit breaker logic. Built visual understanding pipeline using Gemini Vision and Pixtral to extract text overlays, objects,
scenes, products, and context from keyframes. Integrated LightRAG as a queryable knowledge graph for saved content, enabling
relationship-aware retrieval and multi-hop reasoning. Built hybrid retrieval combining PostgreSQL full-text search, pgvector
semantic search, and graph traversal with RRF ranking. Designed Agentic RAG workflow: the agent plans retrieval, selects
tools, inspects relevant nodes, synthesizes answers, and cites evidence. Supported multi-mode retrieval: hybrid, local, global,
and mixed retrieval scoped by workspace, cluster, or selected nodes. Shipped web AI chat and Telegram AI assistant with
intent-driven routing, tool calling, voice processing, and context-aware workflows. Built Telegram voice agent: voice message
→ transcription → Agentic RAG → spoken answer through BullMQ and Redis queues. Implemented semantic clustering: cosine
similarity grouping, LLM-based naming, split/merge logic, and backfill maintenance. Built Instagram Agent: profile stats, reel
analytics, comment extraction, liker analysis, follower insights, and natural-language queries. Added Notion export with OAuth
and formatted markdown export for reports, transcripts, and generated outputs. Delivered 86+ REST endpoints across ingestion,
retrieval, agent workflows, content processing, billing, exports, and AI features.
