Summary
Automation engineer with 2+ years of experience building end-to-end business automation for an online education company from lead capture to sale and post-sale. I design production workflows in n8n and Make, integrate CRMs, messengers, payment and ad platforms, and embed AI (LLM APIs) into pipelines to remove manual work for sales and marketing teams. I own the automation infrastructure of an online school where the entire customer journey: lead application, nurturing, sales, and team operations. Runs on n8n and Make workflows, reducing manual workload for managers and marketers.
• Design, build, and maintain production automation workflows in n8n and Make: third-party integrations, scheduled data pipelines, error handling, and monitoring.
• Built an ad-spend synchronization service: buyer spend data flows from Google Sheets to PostgreSQL and is pushed to the Keitaro ad tracker via its Admin API on a 2-hour schedule, with delta-based updates and alias mapping between data sources.
• Integrate AI into workflows via LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic): lead qualification, content generation, and internal assistants for the team.
• Develop custom frontend when automations need a UI: course pages, landing pages, and analytics dashboards in Next.js.

Telegram bot funnel tracking on n8n + Supabase (PostgreSQL) + SendPulse. Normalized schema for subscribers, subscription events, funnels, and mini-courses; idempotent upserts; server-side event delivery to Facebook Conversions API across three pixels.
Ad Spend & Tracker Sync
Automated cost synchronization between media-buying spreadsheets and the Keitaro tracker: Google Sheets --> PostgreSQL --> Keitaro Admin API, read-modify-write delta logic, buyer alias mapping, runs every two hours without manual input.
