SUMMARY

Enthusiastic HR beginner with 4 years of experience in the IT industry, now fully committed to
building a career in People Operations. I want to work where people's experience at work
genuinely matters — supporting employees through onboarding, daily challenges, and growth,
and helping build a culture built on trust and clear communication. My background gave me
strong attention to detail, responsibility, and the ability to solve problems independently and
