constraints to make sure the solution matched the real operational

Coordinated discovery for a complex logistics platform with multiple
country teams involved. Organized and supported stakeholder
sessions, collected inputs, documented current processes, tracked
open questions, and helped shape the first delivery scope.

Worked on an IoT solution with both hardware and software
components. Helped move the project from discovery to PoC by
clarifying the scope, data flows, hardware limitations, risks, and
