● Designed the internal billing & usage-metering system: subscription plans, per-member usage quotas
across 10 metered resources and admin panel for subscription management.
● Built Stripe integration covering the full subscription lifecycle — checkouts, upgrades/downgrades,
renewals, failed payments and refunds — with idempotent, concurrency-safe webhook processing.
● Testing: extensive API E2E suites and Playwright smoke tests across billing, public API, webhooks and
document tools.
● Frontend (React): built the billing/subscription admin panel and the HubSpot embedded applications for
viewing and updating subscription settings of an account.
● Observability: implemented Prometheus/OTEL/Grafana metrics to monitor api performance, authored a
broad suite of Temporal workflows.
● Contributed to backend AI and document-processing features: AI/typed signature generation and 4
document-processing tools with WebSocket progress streaming.
