Analyst, Auditor, Bank Economist, and Data Analyst.
This includes 4 years as Head of Support, which provided deep immersion into IT processes and methodologies. Proven expertise in

Project Manager, QA, PPC Specialist (GameDev). First 2 years at the company – Game Product Department. Successfully managed
the development process within the Game Department, combining the Project Manager function with technical and marketing
responsibilities:
Agile Leadership: ensured the full cycle of the Scrum/Agile methodology, including Sprint Planning, conducting Daily Meetings,
Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Analysis and Reporting: gathered, processed, and analyzed team reports, utilizing data to optimize the workflow and development
process.
Quality Management (QA): ensured quality control by directly participating in game testing to guarantee the final product met all
established requirements.
Marketing Support: developed and launched Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising campaigns via Google Ads, integrating business
objectives into the development lifecycle.

Service & CRM Optimization: Implemented numerous automated notifications via the CRM system, resulting in a 7x reduction in
user Response Time.
Quality Improvement: Enhanced response quality by reducing the negative feedback score (Bad Rating) for each employee by 3x,
and significantly improving the overall accuracy and literacy of responses.
Automation and Process Optimization: integrated supportive alerts for the team via the CRM and created a library of standardized
