INTELLIGENT WEB APPLICATION FOR ANALYZING THE VALUE OF SEP 2025 - MAY 2026
AGRICULTURAL LAND BASED ON SPATIAL AUTOCORRELATION
Developed a production-ready, interactive web application to automate the ingestion,
cleaning, spatial analysis, and visualization of agricultural land transactions from open
registries
Tech stack: Python, Streamlit, pandas, GeoPandas, PySAL (libpysal, esda), Plotly
Key Achievements:
Developed a reactive web application to automate data cleansing and analysis of
agricultural transactions
Built an ETL pipeline utilizing IQR-filtering to eliminate price outliers and technical
anomalies from open registries
Implemented spatial autocorrelation using KNN matrices and Local Moran's I to
automatically detect territorial price clusters
Visualized results on interactive dashboards and developed a cadastral search feature
PAYMENT REPORT & USER DEMOGRAPHICS DASHBOARD NOV 2025
Tech stack: Tableau Public, Data modeling, descriptive statistics, dashboard design
Key Achievements:
Modeled financial data in Tableau to track transaction flows, order statuses, and calculate
payment success rate
Created interactive maps and demographic charts analyzing global registration dynamics
by platform, age, and gender
Designed dashboards with custom actions and parameters, allowing stakeholders to drill
down from high-level overviews to details
ANALYSIS OF GLOBAL LIVING STANDARDS MAR 2024 - MAY 2024

Ingested and preprocessed socio-economic datasets from the World Bank, UN, and IMF
Formulated a correlation model and built visual dashboards comparing global GDP, HDI,

Redesigned underperforming 15° lubrication setup with an optimized powder-spray system for
internal pipe coating achieving uniform coverage while being 10-20x cheaper than alternative
