Senior programme and operations management professional with more than 20 years of experience in
Weapons and Ammunition Management (WAM), ammunition safety, explosive hazard reduction,
humanitarian mine action, and national capacity development. Extensive experience supporting Ministries of
Defence, national authorities, international organizations, and donors in the planning, coordination,
monitoring, and oversight of ammunition stockpile destruction, risk reduction, quality management, and
information management systems. Proven expertise in programme management, stakeholder engagement,
institutional strengthening, and implementation of international standards and best practices related to
ammunition safety and security. Experienced in leading multidisciplinary teams, supporting evidence-based
decision-making, and coordinating international cooperation initiatives in complex humanitarian and security
