• Developed Vehicle Traffic Platform for vehicle detection and tracking, license-plate OCR, vehicle color/make recognition, event search, watchlists, analytics, and configurable per-camera processing.
• Designed a multi-stage CV pipeline: frame-quality filtering -> detection -> tracking -> plate detection -> best-frame selection -> OCR -> format validation -> temporal voting.
• Built model-training workflows for dataset upload, annotation, frame extraction, train/validation/test splits, training jobs, metric monitoring, validation, model registration, and checkpoint/model management.
