Досвід роботи

Front-end програміст

з 04.2023 по 05.2026 (3 роки 2 місяці)
SecondLife, Дистанційно (IT)

I am a front-end developer with over three years of commercial experience in web application development. I began my journey in April 2023 on the SecondLife RP project (a GTA 5 roleplay server), where I was responsible for developing and maintaining the game's front-end—initially using Vue.js, before transitioning to React, TypeScript, and SCSS.

Key responsibilities included:

Developing interactive UI components that interact with game logic and the backend server in real-time.
Building modular, reusable components based on component-driven architecture and clean code principles.
Implementing responsive interfaces with a focus on detail and design fidelity.
Participating in code reviews to maintain the quality of the team's codebase.

Key achievements:

Migrated specific project modules from Vue.js to React while simultaneously developing new features directly in React; this required maintaining code consistency and quality during the transition and provided a deep practical understanding of both ecosystems.
Optimized application performance: improved page load speeds, animations, and image handling, positively impacting the user's perception of the product's speed.

Technical skills: React, Vue.js, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Vite, react-router-dom, Git, REST API, responsive design, component-driven architecture. Strengths: rapid adaptation to new technologies and codebases (demonstrated by the transition from Vue to React), ability to manage projects independently, attention to detail in layout and UI, and a focus on performance and code quality.
