Identified Clothes as the highest-margin category (67%+), mapped an 18–33 day delivery-
time gap across markets, and found seasonal peaks in Mar/Jun/Nov/Dec; recommended
shifting inventory toward high-margin categories, optimizing supply chain in markets with
longer lead times and front-loading stock ahead of demand peaks
