ABOUT I build software that solves business problems.
For more than fifteen years I have worked directly with business owners and
product stakeholders, helping companies improve the way they operate through
thoughtful software design.

I do not see software development as implementing predefined requirements. I start
by understanding how the business works, why a problem exists and what solution
will create the most value for the people using it.

Whether I am building payment platforms, automating internal workflows, improving
e-commerce operations or designing onboarding systems, my goal remains the
same: make the business simpler.

Ciklum / Immense 2022 - 2025

Group
formerly Videoslots - Payments Platform

THE CHALLENGE

Immense Group operates multiple online casino brands across several jurisdictions.
The payment platform had to support numerous Payment Service Providers,
different regulatory requirements and continuously evolving business rules while
gradually replacing legacy functionality with a dedicated Laravel payment
microservice.

HOW I APPROACHED IT

I worked as part of the Payments Team, taking ownership of payment integrations
from technical analysis through production deployment.

• Integrated multiple Payment Service Providers from scratch.

• Integrated Apple Pay and Google Pay.

• Refactored both the legacy platform and the Laravel payment microservice.

• Contributed to upgrading the platform from Laravel 6

• Implemented business rules preventing payment account abuse, including
shared account detection and single account per payment provider restrictions.

OUTCOME

Helped evolve a modern payment platform capable of supporting multiple providers
while keeping the system maintainable, consistent and aligned with changing
business requirements.

EUREL 2025 - Present

Investment Client Onboarding Platform

THE CHALLENGE

Existing onboarding platforms were expensive, inflexible and poorly suited to the
needs of a small investment company. The business needed a solution built around
its own workflow, not around someone else's product.
HOW I APPROACHED IT

I worked directly with the business owner, iteratively shaping the product through
continuous feedback and feature ownership.

• Designed the onboarding workflow.

• Developed a multi-step onboarding application.

• Implemented dynamic PDF generation.

• Integrated electronic signatures.

• Built an administration interface.

OUTCOME

The platform replaced expensive third-party software, simplified client onboarding
and continues to evolve together with the business.

OLTA Travel 2016 - 2020

RFQ & Business Automation Platform

THE CHALLENGE

OLTA Travel relied on highly manual business processes for preparing quotations,
calculating tour prices and managing customer requests. Instead of digitising
individual tasks, the goal was to rethink how the company operated.

HOW I APPROACHED IT

I worked directly with the business owner and the sales team. Rather than asking
what software they wanted, I observed how they worked, identified repetitive tasks
and bottlenecks, and proposed solutions that simplified their daily operations.

• Designed and developed the RFQ platform from scratch.

• Automated quotation and pricing workflows.

• Created internal tools supporting sales operations.

• Continuously improved the system based on user feedback.

OUTCOME

The platform became part of the company's everyday business and remains
actively used more than ten years after its initial release.

E-commerce & Business Operations

THE CHALLENGE

What started as a simple online catalogue gradually evolved into a complete
business management platform supporting everyday company operations.

HOW I APPROACHED IT

Every improvement was driven by business needs. Instead of trying to build a
perfect e-commerce system from day one, we continuously evolved the platform as
new operational challenges appeared.

• Built the online catalogue.

• Implemented shopping cart and order processing.

• Developed customer management tools.

• Added warehouse and shipping workflows.

• Implemented business analytics and reporting.

OUTCOME

The platform significantly increased the number of online orders while simplifying
order management for the business.
