Project Context: Centralized web platform built to replace a legacy 20-year-old MS Access workflow for a
government health institution, to optimize the testing process for students at medical universities.
 Developed React (TS) dashboards using Clean Architecture to streamline student identification, exam registration
workflows, and test result processing.
 Designed PostgreSQL architecture and an automated, memory-safe data migration pipeline for legacy MS Access
records.
 Implemented a comprehensive Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system with strict action logging to ensure
system security and audit compliance.
 Developed custom admin tools within the UI for executing database migrations, handling backups, and managing
manual system rollbacks.
 Optimized backend endpoints for batch data processing, ensuring stable system performance during intensive import

Project 2: Property Management System (PropTech)

 Architected a custom Telegram bot using WebSockets and grammY, enabling users to instantly submit utility meter
readings and receive account updates.
 Engineered an automated, high-throughput billing distribution system utilizing Redis and BullMQ, ensuring reliable
delivery of monthly receipts via Email and Telegram.
 Developed a centralized MySQL database schema to aggregate distributed data from multiple local legacy systems
into a single web application.
 Configured remote Linux servers and implemented automated CI/CD deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions and
Docker Compose.
