MyFlight was an aviation technology startup focused on improving passenger experience and airline operational efficiency through intelligent seat allocation and behavioral matching concepts.

As Co-Founder & CTO, I led the full product lifecycle from idea validation to MVP delivery. I was responsible for shaping the core concept, defining product vision, designing the system architecture, and building the initial MVP. I conducted in-depth customer discovery and qualitative research, including user interviews to validate assumptions and refine the business model.

We were selected to participate in the KSE Startup Ecosystem accelerator program, where we refined our value proposition, financial model, and go-to-market strategy. The project was presented at Demo Day to mentors, investors, and industry stakeholders.

My responsibilities included:
