• IFRS implementation and reporting, including accounting policy development, transition planning, compliance monitoring and professional training.
• International reporting: iXBRL financial statements, consolidated reporting and coordination of annual international audits.
• Team leadership: management of teams of up to 10 employees, including remote teams; allocation of responsibilities, performance management and professional development.
• Transfer pricing: calculations, documentation and controlled-transactions reporting; transfer pricing training for a Big Four firm focused on pharmaceuticals.
• Tax compliance and audits, including preparation for tax inspections and VAT refund procedures.
• Development and implementation of accounting policies; accounting process automation and optimization, ERP implementation and process reengineering.
• Financial management: budgeting, financial analysis, profitability, working capital, receivables, payables and inventory management.
• Professional qualifications: ACCA studies and IAPBE DipPIA Professional Internal Auditor.
• English — B2 level + professional vocabulary at a fluent level.
• Risk management in financial management, international taxation, and transfer pricing, including constructive dividends — anticipating potential risks, assessing their impact, and taking proactive measures to prevent or mitigate them
