PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Clockwise Software Jan 2016 — Present
Senior Frontend Engineer · clockwise.software
Company website (Nuxt) clockwise.software
Jan 2026 — Present · performance & SEO
Migrated the site from Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 4 along with its package ecosystem; currently moving the project to workspaces.
Developed a Nitro plugin to inline critical CSS into HTML, removing render-blocking style requests.
Raised Lighthouse Performance from 50 to 90+, cut LCP from 16.7s to 2.3s, Total Blocking Time from 460ms to 30ms, and Speed Index from 3.7s
to 1.5s.
Ran a technical SEO audit (Lighthouse, PageSpeed Insights) and fixed the issues found.
Made heavy use of Claude Code during the Nuxt 4 migration and performance work — refactoring, debugging build errors, speeding up routine tasks.
SaaS platform for hiring decisions, US market
Jan 2022 — Jan 2026 · web application · frontend team of 3, project team of 8
A layer on top of the client's ATS/HCM that builds a profile of a successful role from company data and ranks
candidates and employees against a single standard, explaining every score.
Owned frontend architecture and led code review for a 3-person frontend team inside an 8-person product team, from technical decisions through to
release.
Designed interfaces around the product's AI core: SSE streaming of model responses in an AI chat, ranked lists with per-item score explanations, and
integration with two backends (core and AI service) via separate axios instances.
Proposed and led the move to a yarn workspaces monorepo during a business-model pivot: 3 apps sharing auth and UI packages with isolated
dependencies. Cut per-app build time from 40–50 to ~5 minutes.
Led a phased migration of the app from React 16 to 19 and from MUI 0.20 to 7 without pausing feature delivery, on a core stack of React 19,
TypeScript 5.9 and Vite 7 (rolldown-vite).
Implemented routing on react-router-dom 7 data router with a loader-based auth guard — access/refresh token checks at the route loader level,
before the component renders.
Assembled the UI on MUI 7 + Emotion with a custom theme and Storybook 9, and wired up Twilio Conversations SDK and Socket.io for chat.
Integrated Stripe (subscriptions, billing dashboard) and a Workbox-based PWA with offline support; added candidate profile export to PDF.
Cut bundle size through manual vendor-based code-splitting, route-level lazy loading and regular bundle analysis.
Set up testing and delivery: Vitest, Storybook interaction tests, Playwright e2e; a Bitbucket Pipelines flow deploying to Google Cloud Storage with CDN
invalidation, four environments via a dedicated config-storage service.
High-traffic content platform (NDA)
Aug 2018 — Jan 2022 · web application
Engineered infinite-scroll feeds with list virtualisation on React 16 / Redux-Saga, keeping a high-traffic content platform smooth under heavy scroll
volume.
Shipped tag-based filtering across the content catalogue and a dedicated feature set for content partners, extending the platform beyond end-user
reading.
Small and mid-size client projects
Jan 2016 — Aug 2018 · outsourced development
Delivered a series of client projects across varied stacks — Angular 1/2, Ember, Laravel (PHP), C# — ramping up quickly on unfamiliar codebases to
meet each client's deadlines.
Created mobile and desktop applications with React Native, Expo, Capacitor / Cordova and Electron, extending delivery beyond the web.

Fenix Industry Oct 2010 — Dec 2015
Web Developer · web studio, Dnipro
Crafted landing pages, corporate websites and online stores for the Ukrainian market on PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery — full
development cycle from markup to backend.
Contributed to a custom modular admin panel that became the studio's standard backend, reused across client projects; ran several projects in
parallel.
EDUCATION

2007 — 2012 National Mining University (now Dnipro University of Technology), Dnipro — degree in
Information Security in Computer Systems and Networks
