• Turned around an unprofitable Property & Casualty (P&C) software development business unit to profitability within 6 months; eliminated maintenance SLA penalties, stabilized support KPIs above the 700-point target, and scaled the volume of delivered client requirements.
• Reduced software defects by over 10x and transitioned the team from chronic SLA breaches to predictable, penalty-free delivery. Achieved this by establishing clear code ownership, introducing test automation, and decoupling Tier 1 support.
• Built and led an 8-member cross-functional team of developers, business analysts, and QA engineers. Overhauled development workflows, established code quality ownership, and optimized planning and client engagement processes. • Accelerated the processing of large group life insurance contracts by over 10x; identified a systemic performance bottleneck, fully rewrote the risk calculation algorithm for database-level execution, and implemented parallel processing. A critical performance issue was resolved, allowing the software implementation phase to be completed.

• Development of custom software modifications on the Master Enterprise Seven platform. This is ORM - system that uses Oracle or MS SQL Server DB for storing information. It is using Object Oriented Delphi Script for application development and Master SQL (SQL like language) for data manipulation. This system is a base for many solutions in Insurance business. 2 large projects were successfully completed.
• Support and addition of new functionality to the software used in the Chornomorsk commercial port.
