· Ran the full design cycle for an iOS nutrition tracker and a web task tracker, from
secondary research and competitor benchmarking through user flows and
wireframes to production-ready UI.
· Acted as Scrum Master for a 5-person team: planned and launched sprints in Jira,
distributed and tracked tasks, and kept the team aligned on scope.
· Conducted user interviews and translated the findings into personas, user stories and
product hypotheses prioritized with an Impact/Effort matrix.
· Built and maintained design systems on atomic design principles, keeping
components, states and typography consistent across mobile and web.

Projects
Me&Food — Nutrition Tracker (iOS) — Behance

· Identified the market gap by benchmarking 5 direct competitors across 16 features,
which showed that logging a single meal takes about 40 seconds across every major
tracker.
· Reduced the core daily action to 3 taps and under 10 seconds by merging three
entry points, search, barcode and AI photo into one path with no dead ends.
· Grounded layout decisions in structure by producing 20+ mid-fidelity wireframes
and a clickable prototype before any visual design.
· Built an atomic-design UI kit (buttons with states, custom icons, inputs, statistic
cards) on a 393px iOS grid to keep the interface consistent and ready to scale.
· Defined the validation plan – Time on Task, Task Success Rate, Error Rate, targeting
under 10 seconds against the 40-second market benchmark.

Taskly — Task Tracker (Web, 1440px + adaptive) — Behance

· Turned 5 user interviews into 2 personas, user stories and a prioritized set of product
hypotheses within a 5-person research team.
· Kept the team on scope as Scrum Master by planning and launching sprints in Jira,
distributing tasks and resolving design trade-offs through research findings.
· Designed 12+ screens plus adaptive layouts, moving from wireframes through a
functional prototype to a complete UI kit and colour and type system.
