ABOUT ME

I'm an engineer who moved into leadership by solving hard, protocol-level problems first — and I still think like an
engineer even when managing a team. I care about product quality in a way that goes beyond ticking test cases: in a critical
system like VoIP infrastructure, a missed edge case in SIP signaling can mean real service disruption, so I built my career
around catching those issues before they reach production. I enjoy mentoring engineers, turning ad-hoc processes into
repeatable systems, and I'm genuinely excited about using AI to eliminate the repetitive parts of QA work so teams can
focus on what actually needs human judgment.

WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR

I'm looking for a technically driven team that's genuinely open to new technologies, including AI, and continuously invests
