PROFILE

Specialized in DfAM, custom enclosures, and hard-surface design. I utilize a highly
optimized, precision-focused Blender pipeline to create accurate, production-ready
models. I employ a hybrid workflow, using parametric CAD specifically for complex
mechanical features. My strong practical knowledge of FDM hardware ensures all designs
are functionally viable and optimized for physical printing.
EXPERIENCE

3D Printing Modeler & Hardware Designer (Freelance / Project-based) 2021 - Present

Electronics Enclosure & Concept Design: Designed custom, 3D-printable housings for
electronic hardware. Engineered functional mechanical features, including working 3D-
printed buttons, and developed original product concepts from scratch.
Precision Hybrid Workflow: Leveraged a primary Blender pipeline for complex hard-
surface geometry and dimensional accuracy, integrating Fusion 360 for specific
engineering requirements .
Reverse Engineering: Recreated functional automotive parts from 3D scans and
physical measurements. Worked directly with technical drawings and sketches to
translate concepts into printable models.
Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM): Prepared and optimized complex meshes for
flawless FDM printing. Minimized overhangs, calculated shrinkage, and designed custom
supports using advanced slicers like OrcaSlicer and Bambu Studio.
