WORK EXPERIENCE
Front-end Developer (React / Next.js / WordPress) | Volya Technologies (ex.Knubisoft) | 08.2025 – until now
Client projects: data management platform, service booking web app, HubSpot-integrated marketing site, printing company application, company website
(WordPress)
Responsibilities:
● Front-End Development and Maintenance
Developed and maintained front-end functionality for multiple client web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS: implemented new UI
components and pages, extended existing functionality, fixed bugs, and adapted layouts to design requirements. Worked strictly within established design
systems — reused and extended existing components, followed approved style tokens and patterns, and stayed consistent with each project's visual guidelines.
Delivered assigned tasks in line with timelines agreed upon with project management, prioritizing work based on feature importance for release.
● Cross-Functional Collaboration and AI-Generated Project Refactoring
One project involved joining the development of an application that had been almost entirely generated using AI tools. My task was to carry out an in-depth
refactor of the codebase, using AI as a supporting tool — analyzing the existing architecture, identifying and fixing bugs left over from the automated code
generation, and significantly improving and extending the project's functionality to production-level quality.
As part of this and other tasks, worked closely with QA engineers and other team members: analyzed the codebase, scoped the size and complexity of new
features, fixed bugs, and aligned delivered work with the project roadmap. Paid particular attention to SSR (server-side rendering), SEO optimization, and
performance optimization.
● Integrations and Access Control
Implemented integrations with REST APIs, Supabase, and third-party services (HubSpot, Google Analytics) for data handling and analytics. Also designed and
implemented access control and role-based permissions on the front end, ensuring correct feature visibility and availability depending on user role.
● WordPress Development
Redesigned and maintained the company's corporate website on WordPress: built custom PHP-based themes from scratch and implemented admin-managed
content blocks that allowed non-technical staff to independently edit and manage site content without requiring developer involvement.
