• Tested video chat-roulette and WebRTC voice/video calls, including call-drop and reconnection edge cases.
• Covered Stripe payments and payouts, time-slot booking, and dual onboarding flows for psychologists and clients.
• Validated verification flows (background/criminal-record checks) and profile forms; API and database testing.
• Mobile-specific testing across text chat, calls and interruptions on iOS/Android.

Product: Rhythmic Rebellion — music streaming platform (web & mobile): live broadcasts, music streaming, artist-to-label flow, social feed.
• Joined as a tester (1 year of experience); within ~1 month became the face of the mobile team by consistently surfacing real-device
bugs that passed in-browser but failed on real devices.
• When the QA Lead left, acted as interim lead and ran hiring; management then made the role permanent - managing a team of 14.
• Rebuilt the testing system in TestRail (~2,500 test cases) and optimized the code-freeze run matrix from ~16,000 to ~2,000
cross-platform/cross-browser runs, eliminating release chaos.
• Ran interviews, 1-to-1s, promotion reviews and half-year development plans; handled hiring, mentoring and staffing decisions.
• GitLab MR/build monitoring; Jenkins screenshot testing; communication with devs and managers on disputed issues.
