• Architected and operated the company's self-hosted n8n instance as the automation layer for finance, operations and
content, scaling it from a handful of workflows to a monitored production service with alerting, versioning and custom
code nodes.
• Designed the relational schema (MySQL) behind the internal operations platform and migrated the entire team off the
Google Sheets process it replaced, eliminating duplicate manual entry and giving finance and ops a single source of
truth.
• Engineered fault-tolerant integrations with utility-provider APIs and field data-capture applications, implementing retry
policies, idempotency keys and failure alerting so that frequent upstream outages no longer interrupted operational
reporting or billing.
