Own marketing-ops automation that used to live in email and spreadsheets. Brief row in Google Sheets → versioned
prompt → on-brand copy → banned-phrase scan → status, risk flags, confidence written back. Flagged and blocked
rows never auto-approve.
Safe promotion pattern: prompts and status live in the sheet; marketing edits copy rules without opening the n8n
canvas. Changes go live by flipping status, not by hot-editing production nodes.
Localization stream on approved rows only: glossary, second scoring pass, idempotent upsert so a second run does not
duplicate listings-style rows.
Monitor stream: regulator and market RSS, URL dedupe, ISO timestamps, short “why marketing should care” note —
same idea as a listings gap report: what is new, what we already shipped.
Internal assistant over an approved FAQ only; refuses trade ideas and invented licence numbers. Failures land in an
Errors workbook plus Gmail and Telegram.
