• Organizing and improving the work of the Quality Control Department.

• Integration of controls into business processes — Incorporating control points into regulations, job descriptions, checklists, information systems, and the day-to-day operations of departments. Designating responsible employees, setting deadlines, and establishing forms of confirmation for the completion of each control.
• Organizing random inspections of control implementation—Conducting scheduled and unscheduled inspections of how company employees actually carry out established control procedures. Analyzing the quality of photo and video documentation, documents, system records, approvals, and other supporting evidence.

• Performing quality audits on suppliers to assure products and services meet International Organization for Standards (ISO) and regulatory standards.
Material control:
• Creating instructions for inspection of incoming materials, considering the requirements of customers. Ensures acceptable quality of incoming raw materials from suppliers (AQL).
• Monitoring the status and release of material from blocked warehouses (RTV, Quarantine).
SCAR handling:
• Escalating quality issues with incoming material to suppliers. Submits claims for raw material quality issues to the supplier with an evaluation of the received 8D reports. Processing the commercial part of complaints and facilitates further follow-up of compensation. Analyzing indicators of incoming control with determination of measures for improvement. Return material authorization (RMA) handling.
