Practicum, Berlin-based consultancy - Africa World Pilot Feasibility Study (remote)
Led a four-person cross-functional team through a full feasibility study for a non-profit leadership programme,
delivering a go/no-go recommendation at a formal decision gate.
Owned the delivery plan in Monday.com: a 45-task work breakdown across four gated phases totalling 527 estimated
hours, with owners, dependencies, timelines, and Gantt and workload views.
Calculated the critical path and enforced the dependency chain, catching three scheduling errors, including a gate
date that could not hold once dependencies were respected.
Built the stakeholder register and a communications plan with defined escalation tiers, maintained the effort-estimate
workbook, and reported weekly on schedule and cost variance.

Led a five-person team on a digital strategy case study, setting internal deadlines and assigning task ownership to
deliver the full analysis on schedule.

check-ins to track progress and remove blockers.
Mapped customer journeys in Miro, linked each proposed initiative to measurable business metrics, and presented
the final recommendation to faculty and peers.

Built a complete Business Model Canvas for a startup concept, defining value proposition, customer segments, cost
structure and revenue streams, and presented the trade-offs to faculty as a go/no-go recommendation.
Produced expense forecasts, break-even analysis and projected ROI, using cost data to allocate resources within a
fixed budget.
