• Guardrails in configuration, not in the prompt: every figure and every claim in a reply is traced to what a tool returned before it is
sent, and an order is placed only after the customer confirmation is verified in the database
• Voice agent on ElevenLabs: custom blocking guardrail against invented models and prices, a standing six scenario regression
suite, post-call transcript and summary written into the customer record
• Catalogue, funnel and handover: nightly sync of a 484 product catalogue, SQL based model selection with no LLM in the choice,
