Own the architecture of a ~560k-line C# system: modular, event-driven, DI-based design with hundreds of modules
and database tables, serving 600–700 concurrent users at peak.
Designed and implemented the core transactional domain: internal economy (balances, transfers, purchases,
recurring income), asset ownership, role-based permissions and back-office tooling, with data consistency under
concurrent writes.
Designed and evolved the MySQL data model: schema design, migrations and query optimisation across hundreds of
related tables.
Introduced compile-time contract generation with Roslyn source generators (C# models → messages, serializers,
TypeScript types), replacing hand-written client–server contracts and eliminating a class of integration defects.
Leading the migration of the entire system to a new runtime platform with no feature freeze; built a custom Roslyn
analyzer that enforces compatibility and enables incremental rollout.
Improved frontend rendering performance 2–3× in a data-heavy Vue + TypeScript SPA through list virtualisation,
render-path optimisation and asset pre-generation.
Established engineering practices from scratch: unit testing (0 → 30–40% coverage, mandatory for new code), code
review and a release process.
Built and led a cross-functional team of 4–8 (backend, frontend, UI/UX, 3D, design): hiring, onboarding, planning,
technical decomposition and delivery.
Developed internal tooling (data editors, code and table generators, asset pipelines) that shortened content and
data-entry cycles across the team.
