● Run Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily syncs, reviews, retrospec ves) with development, design, and QA; serve as the
primary point of contact for internal and interna onal stakeholders.

● Built the hiring and onboarding process from scratch: recruited and onboarded 50+ employees across mul ple roles, owning the
pipeline end-to-end, and designed a self-service onboarding guide for administrators that cut ramp-up me.
