Own QA for BI and web-platform releases: approve builds on staging and verify releases on production (developers deploy to
staging only).
Review merge requests in GitLab to confirm changes match the task; return out-of-scope changes to developers for rework.
Join planning and refinement sessions: analyze and clarify requirements with the customer, define the test plan and
strategy, estimate testing time per task.
Apply a risk-based approach agreed with the customer: business-critical functionality is covered first in post-release smoke
testing, followed by new-feature and regression testing; changes to critical areas are discussed with the customer.
Work with incomplete requirements: clarify with the customer, study competitor references and existing documentation.
Validate Power BI reports and dashboard consistency with SQL checks on PostgreSQL and MySQL; test REST APIs in
Postman and Swagger.
Analyze Grafana and Kibana logs to find root causes of errors and localize defects for developers.
Run JMeter load tests to confirm the website performs under expected load.
Test WordPress platforms (functionality, usability, cross-browser) and responsive/mobile web via Chrome DevTools and
BrowserStack; maintain test cases and checklists in Testomat.io and Jira.
