Operations Director — Financial Services Group (Confidential under NDA), Poland 03/2025 – Present
• Built an operational management system and management analytics almost from scratch in a company without structured
business processes.
• Defined the business logic for management dashboards and reports: sales, Plan vs Actual, costs, P&L, break-even point and
key business indicators.
• Led the business side of a long-term automation project with analysts and 1C specialists: requirements, calculation rules,
coordination, testing and validation.
• Co-developed a margin calculation model covering 20+ operational scenarios.
• Replaced manual Excel calculations with automated management reporting on the existing 1C infrastructure.
• Introduced deal-level sales control instead of relying on aggregated data only; analyze profitability by business direction,
client and individual deal.
• Standardized business processes and data-entry rules so that automated calculations are reliable.
• Control operating costs against plan, identifying inefficient expenses and initiating their reduction or elimination; monitor
P&L and cash flow and review deviations with management.
• Handed recurring calculations over to the team of 3 analysts while keeping ownership of business logic, calculation accuracy
and data quality.
