-Source and recruit qualified CDL-A drivers through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct phone, SMS, and messenger outreach.
-Conduct phone screenings to verify CDL-A status, endorsements, driving experience (reefer, dry van, flatbed), MVR history, and DUI/SAP and violation history.
-Explain pay structure (1099 and percentage-based), weekly pay cycle, and home-time schedules so candidates have clear expectations before hire.
-Collect and verify required documents: CDL front/back, medical card, and completed applications, following up with candidates until files are complete.
-Track every candidate from first contact through orientation in Bitrix24 and Kommo, keeping stages, notes, and follow-up tasks current.
-Coordinate start dates with dispatch and operations so new drivers are placed and dispatched quickly.
-Maintain a professional, responsive communication style that improves candidate response and show-up rates
