– Built the backend for a gamified event app used at an event with ∼1000 attendees (Java, Spring Boot, Spring
Security, JPA, Flyway, Docker)
– Implemented authentication via Microsoft accounts and JWT with role-based access control for attendees,
volunteers and cashiers
– Implemented QR location check-ins with rotating tokens and a prize roulette with transactional spins and prize
stock control
– Containerized the app with Docker Compose, set up CI (GitHub Actions) and deployed it before the event

– Backend contributor to a microservice system (∼10 services); built automatic generation of an entity history
page in the site builder

– Implemented JWT authentication with Spring Security, order filtering API with JPA Specifications, DTO
