Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Claude API, Hostaway API; 650+ merged changes in 3 months with AI-
assisted development and automated tests.
Handled guest requests, conflicts and urgent repairs; coordinated cleaning staff and maintenance through
Telegram bots and schedules built from live bookings.
