Skills - 3D modeling of residential and commercial buildings using
Autodesk Revit.
- Creation and development of BIM models based on
architectural and structural drawings.
- Modeling of building structures, including foundations,
floors, walls, columns, roofs, and other structural elements.
- Creation of detailed 3D models for parking areas, pits,
landscaping, and related structures.
- Working with architectural and structural drawings and
converting 2D documentation into 3D BIM models.
- Coordination and updating of BIM models according to
design changes.
- Development of internal force diagrams (shear forces, bending
and torsional moments, normal forces) for various types of
external loads.
- Determination of geometric characteristics of cross-sections of
arbitrary shape: centroid, principal axes, moments of inertia,
radii of gyration, static moments, etc.
- Structural analysis of beams for strength and stiffness under
tension, bending, torsion, stability, and complex stress
conditions, including calculation of deflections and rotation
angles.
- Analysis of plane stress and strain states.
- Coordination with the project manager and cross-functional
teams.
- Adaptation of models according to the specific requirements of
each project.
- Updating technical documentation based on design changes.
- Technical drawing interpretation and reading.
