Java platform modernization
– Upgraded 30 services to newer JDK and Spring Boot versions and remediated security vulnerabilities
flagged by AWS ECR image scanning: migrated the first 20 by hand, then turned that experience into an AI-
agent upgrade workflow that handled the remaining 10.
– Cut a typical service migration from ~1 week to 4–6 hours, test fixes and validation included.
Data Quality Tool
– Converted a 3-service internal data quality tool (2 Java services and 1 frontend) from file-based operation and
manual deployments into a production-grade system.
– Designed the PostgreSQL data model (tables and relations) and migrated the tool from file-based storage;
configured Jenkins pipelines to build, test, and deploy each service.
– Added per-environment Slack notifications and reworked sorting logic in the UI; the tool is now part of the
team's daily workflow.
AI adoption & developer productivity
– Built an LLM-powered test-failure triage agent: runs daily for every team, clusters failed tests by stack
trace, analyzes one representative per cluster, links failures to recent tickets that may have changed
behavior, verifies its hypotheses and produces a report showing QA and developers what is already checked
and what still needs attention.
– Drove AI adoption on the project: evaluated AI coding assistants and agents, ran 5 internal workshops, held
4 client meetings with improvement proposals and coached QA engineers on AI-assisted testing.
Release ownership
– Own release preparation: release candidates, release manifests and monitoring of production batch jobs.
