Front-End Team Lead | RedCore | Jan 2025 – Jul 2026
iGaming product platform
• Led a front-end team of 4 developers and technical initiatives across 4 teams, owning technical direction and
delivery quality for an iGaming product domain; proposed cross-team practices, such as relying on Angular's
native view encapsulation instead of BEM where it fit.
• Made domain-level architectural decisions, balancing scalability, maintainability, and delivery speed.
• Proposed replacing NgRx with a lighter, Signals-based state-management approach where it fit (without
NgRx SignalStore); evaluated trade-offs, aligned the team, and oversaw the rollout, reducing boilerplate and
easing onboarding for new engineers.
• Defined and drove the move to modern Angular (up to v22): standalone components, Signals, built-in control
flow, deferrable views, SSR, Vite/esbuild builds, and lazy-loaded, tree-shakable modules; planned the
migration and guided the team through implementation and code review, improving performance and
maintainability.
• Initiated a redesign of reusable components into a separate repository documented in Storybook; set
standards and direction for the team, enabling legacy code to be phased out and reducing bugs. Now used
across our domain and planned as a shared SDK for other teams.

• Created a structured mentoring plan and mentored 5 engineers through code reviews and technical
guidance; introduced AI-assisted code review and prototyping (OpenAI Codex, Google Gemini) into the
team’s daily workflow.
