SUMMARY
Project manager with 5+ years in IT and software-hardware product development. Ran up to 13 projects at the same
time in a defence R&D company, working closely with a 40–60 person software team (embedded and control software).
Before that I managed e-commerce projects (Magento, WordPress) in an IT company and ran my own small dev
agency.
I started as a developer (NoCode, JavaScript, React Native), so I understand how the team works and can talk with
developers about real technical details. Strong with requirements, documentation, planning and budgets.

EXPERIENCE
Project Manager — MilTech R&D (defence technology), Kyiv
Feb 2024 – Sep 2026
• Managed up to 13 projects at the same time across several sites, in a design and technology bureau of about 100
people.
• Worked every day with the software department (40–60 people): embedded software and in-house control software.
Planned work, tracked tasks and connected software, hardware and production teams.
• Worked as product manager for a new product built from zero (a full set of hardware and software solutions):
requirements, scope, roadmap, team coordination, testing.
• For some time covered the head of project department role in practice; later supported the new head as deputy.
• Ran high-volume production projects with budgets of several million USD; prepared purchase requests and controlled
delivery.
• Organised field tests and prepared status reports for leadership (done / remaining / owner / deadline / risk).
• Prepared and checked technical documentation: design and software documentation, Ukrainian standards (DSTU).
Some projects also included network setup and configuration.

• Ran a small agency with a team of 5 and delivered several commercial development projects.
• Handled clients, estimates, planning and delivery.
