October 2021 - ... – Cyber Security Corp: forensics analyst
Main responsibilities: Maintained direct communication with cybercrime victims,
primarily involving Sextortion, Romance Scams, Investment Scams, and Background
Investigations. Conducted communication with perpetrators to gather all the missing
information. Analyzed digital evidence to identify perpetrators, stop blackmail and
harassment. Prepared comprehensive reports.

April 2013 till December 2022 – Web-time company: head of fraud control department
Main responsibilities: manager of the department, orders examination, monitoring of
fraudulent operations that were transacted with credit/debit/prepaid cards. Resolving
issues concerning disputed and chargeback transactions. Consulting with clients and
payment processing companies.
