Project: TravelMate — Wishlist

A trip-planning platform where users can save hotels they like, organize them into lists, compare options, and get notified about
price drops and low availability.
Planned the scope of the feature end to end: business objectives, stakeholder requirements, constraints and release
priorities, documented in a complete BRD.
Prioritized the backlog by business value and effort and defined the MVP (3 core stories); managed the backlog in Jira and
kept all project documentation up to date in Confluence.
Wrote and structured 12 User Stories with Acceptance Criteria so that developers, designers and QA could clearly
understand, estimate and verify the work.
Maintained a Traceability Matrix mapping 8 stakeholder requirements to stories and test cases (100% coverage), which
allowed tracking progress and spotting uncovered scope early.
Modeled workflows and system interactions (BPMN, UML Activity/Sequence, ERD) to align business and technical
stakeholders on a shared picture.
Documented API endpoints in OpenAPI (Swagger) and validated them in Postman; designed low-fi wireframes in Figma
and refined UX with usability heuristics.
